Sascha Silbe 11bfce1a31 sugar.activity.i18n: add pgettext() 
Python 2 will never have pgettext() [1], so we need to ship our own version.
sugar.activity.i18n is the best place for that.

Sugar is the core of the OLPC Human Interface. The toolkit provides
a set of widgets to build HIG compliant applications and interfaces
to interact with system services like presence and the datastore.
